What we keep

We keep your account, your de-identified studies, the original report you add, the explanations, the study's conversation, and your saved questions. The original report may contain details that identify you and is kept separately, with access limited to the study's owner.

How we use AI

The configured provider receives de-identified data and only the context needed for the task. AI requests are configured so that the API does not store the responses.

Your control

• You can delete any study separately.
• You can clear the conversation without deleting the study.
• You can withdraw your consent from your account.
• You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

Usage statistics

With your consent, where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics to understand how the product is used: which pages and features are opened, where errors appear, and where people get stuck. We send only event names, status codes, and a general category of the examined region (for example “spine” or “joint”), together with a pseudonymous identifier that cannot be linked to your account without our key. Page addresses are anonymised before they are sent. You can decline in the notice shown on your first visit.

What we don't send to monitoring

We don't send images, report text, messages, storage keys, file addresses, or patient identifiers to telemetry or usage statistics.
